The CopyDisc 12 High Capacity automatic duplicator, designed and manufactured by Verity Systems, is capable of meeting the demanding requirements for larger CD/DVD duplicators and replicators. The CopyDisc 12 is very easy to use, with all command operations being entered via the control panel.
The CopyDisc 12 CD/DVD copier utilises the proven integrity and reliability of the Verity Systems firmware for automatic format recognition, failsafe operation and consistent high quality CD/DVD duplicates, together with the high speed precision of the robotic pick and place mechanism.
Built on an industrial strength aluminium chassis, five 220 capacity spindles are based on a revolving turntable holding a total of 1100 discs. A second turntable acts as the output hopper. As each individual spindle is emptied (or filled on output), the CopyDisc 12 turntable will automatically revolve round to the next full (or empty on output) spindle. No user intervention is required other than to load blank media and to unload the completed duplication job.
The CopyDisc 12 is capable of producing up to 1100 duplicates of the same master with out requiring replenishment. Alternatively, selecting the CopyDisc 12’s Batch duplication feature will allow multiple masters to be duplicated unattended. Simply stack the required number of blank CDs or DVDs for each master to be duplicated and let the CopyDisc 12 get on with the work.
Fitted with the very latesr DVD drives which also copy CDs at 32x, the CopyDisc 12 is capable of producing approximately 200 CD-R’s per hour (depending on media used). Smaller capacity masters will result in higher throughput rates per hour. DVDs can be duplicated at approximately 6.6x speeds and approximately 60 4.7Gb DVDs can be copied in an hour.
Operation of the CopyDisc 12 can be controlled by either the easy to operate control panel located at the front of the machine, or directly from your PC via network connectivity, and the TrueNET2 network module.
This second generation duplicator is an industrial strength precision engineered system with an amazing capacity for "on demand" CD and DVD duplication requirements. The CopyDisc 12 bypasses the delay in time and expense of creating a glass master and is truly the Replicator’s Duplicator.
