Overview

Taiyo Yuden Thermal CD discs - Primarily used in the Rimage, TEAC and Primera range of thermal printers available in White or Silver.

Taiyo Yuden Thermal DVD discs - Primarily used in the Rimage, TEAC and Primera range of thermal printers available in White or Silver.

Taiyo Yuden Inkjet CD discs - Used with all inkjet printers available in White or Silver.

Choosing the wrong discs will result in the ink not drying or streaking. Thermal printers print their images by using heat and it the disc is not manufactured to high specification required to contain the heat, it may result in the stripping of the disc surface and causing damage to the printer rollers which would need to be replaced. Failure to replace the rollers will result in loss of print quality, and ultimately may cause serious damage to the entire printer unit. Therefore, please choose wisely when deciding on your discs. Taiyo Yuden discs are recommended by Rimage, TEAC, Primera, Verity, HP and all other leading DVD CD printer manufacturers.
